Abstract

In the era of post-globalization, relations between countries are much more daily, with broader perspectives and considerations, which is why balanced and solvent interactions are essential, allowing for sustainable and harmonious development. Unfortunately, this is not the case, the United Nations denounces the notorious reality of absurd contrasts between the income of the population, the distribution of wealth, discrimination, economic development and differences, not only within countries, but between them, which affects the education and training of human beings, the origin and objective of economic development, developing a system in which access to quality education or competitive business training is increasingly difficult. That is why the existence of informal training flows, spillovers, leaks or spills, in this case of information, positive, which can generate other forms of alternative learning, is analyzed. This work is based on the theoretical study of various academic and research sources, which make visible the existence of spillovers and their need to develop them culturally in Latin America.
